All items are sold AS IS. SPECIAL NOTICE! Due to Ms. Hessler being a feline lover, many items have a distinct odor. Inspection is highly recommended. Taylor Auction & Realty does not guarantee any statements contained herein or statements made by the seller. The buyer must rely on his or her own judgment as to quality and condition of any item listed in our auctions. Bidders are cautioned that all weights, measurements and descriptions listed must be considered an approximation and do not create a warranty that the item actually conforms to such description. Inspection is HIGHLY recommended so bidders can judge for yourself.
Removal Day(s) are scheduled for Monday, September 8 thru Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 8:30am to 5:00pm. (Subject To Change)
Please be sure to bring boxes and packing materials for your purchases. Also bring adequate help for large items and appropriate tools for any items that need disassembling. We do not have staff available to help load any items.
We will ship small items through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. There will be a minimum $5.00 handling charge on all items. Any bidder wanting items shipped should contact us prior to auction closing to determine if it would be feasible and to estimate shipping and handling charges. All shipping/handling charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
This extends the bid deadline by 5 minutes on any lot that receives a bid in the last minutes of the auction. This allows other bidders time to react. This only applies to active lots. Please see Terms for further explanation.

Face and body is one log, one of a kind. Broken toes, legs attached by nails and material, sitting position in small child's red rocker. Doll 25"H (seated). Rocker 16"H x 17"L. History per seller: His mother purchased it from a man who received the doll from a pastor in Vicksburg, MS. He said it was carved by slaves before the "Civil War" on a plantation in that area.
