Annual Fall Equipment - Live Auction

Pre-Bids placed on this catalog will be pushed forward as opening bids the day of this Live/Simulcast Auction.  At the start of the Simulcast Auction, Internet Bidders will then be able to continue bidding through the same platform against Live Auction attendants.  If you bid on this catalog and then decide to attend the Live Auction, make sure to let our staff know to ensure you have the same bid number used online.  Also if you plan to attend the Live Auction, make sure to arrive early to register and receive a bid card. 

All firearm sales are subject to Federal firearms regulations. Guns are being sold by United States Bankruptcy Court. Purchaser will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearms transfers. All firearm sales will be subject to FBI criminal background check. Only those with a Federal Firearms License or current handgun permit are exempt from background checks. Copies of proper documents must be presented at registration. No firearms will be sold to bidder not complying with these requirements. No shipping of guns. Other rules may apply. There will be a charge of, $25 per gun which requires clearance.
