Purchaser of all buildings will be required to place a deposit of $750.00 per building made payable to Hardy Manufacturing, Inc. to cover the cost associated with cleanup and debris removal. This deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory cleanup of the building area. In addition, Purchaser must provide a certificate of liability insurance and workmen’s compensation insurance naming Hardy Manufacturing, Inc. and Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. as certificate holder.

Purchaser has two months to remove the buildings beginning on September 1, 2020 and ending on November 1,2020. No Sunday work or activity will be allowed.
