This unique item is from the Kinard Estate. Unfortunately, records were destroyed in a house fire, and we have no documentation.    NO TITLE IS AVAILABLE, and we cannot verify that a title can ever be obtained with the bill of sale in your state.

Please see the documents section for an Affidavit statement each purchaser must sign regarding the items from the Kinard Estate.

HOLD HARMLESS: Buyer and or bidder agree that Taylor Auction and Realty, Inc. is a representative of the Seller and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. and its Agents, Owner, Directors, Employees, and its Representatives and the Seller from any claims, demands, expenses, damages which bidder/buyer may claim on account of or any way growing out of the said auction for any remedy demanded as they were aware of the title status when bidding and on purchase and payment date.
